It took awhile but I finally got my hands on an RTX 5070ti at MSRP.
I wasted more time trying to secure this card than I can admit, but it finally happened. The BestBuy queue system I hated so much finally delivered.
I added faster CL30 RGB RAM but the rest are re-used from my previous fishtank build.
My previous gaming PC was a Dark Base. This time, I'm joining the light side with my Light Base.
July 2025 update:
- Swapped to a white motherboard (Aorus X870e Pro Wifi)
- Swapped PSU to a modern BeQuiet 850W Power Supply to fix coil whine on my GPU and to get a compact 12V GPU power cable. It makes for a much cleaner look & a direct connection to PSU.
- Added a white 8.8" IPS screen
- Added Mechabreak Falcon figure

This figure is awesome in a kneeling pose but there isn't enough space so I've settled for this pose |

I'm still adjusting things (clean up cabling and sync lights), but this is good enough for now.
